Urze de Lume - "Vozes na Neblina"

Urze de Lume, dark folk bend iz Portugalije, koji neguje tradiciju i kulturu drevne Iberije, predstavio nam se ponovo sa svojim novim izdanjem Vozes na Neblina, izdatom od strane  Equlibrium Music, 2017. godine. U pitanju ce Digifile CDEP u limitiranoj verziji od 300 primeraka. Sam izgled u sklopu tradicije Iberijskog poluostrva. Izdanje ima četiri numera (dva instrumentala i dve naracije). Gosti na albumu su njihova braća po oružju iz benda Arnica. Zaplovimo zajedno u istoriju Iberije.

Album otvara prva numera, Vozes na Neblina I, koju nam svojim govorom uz pucketanje vatre prezentuju gosti iz benda Arnica. Polako koračamo zajedno sa njima i prelazimo na drugu numeru Quando as Nuvens Escurecem. Po zvucima zaključujemo da Urze de Lume svira za nas. Osećate li kakvu emociju oni nama svojim kompozicijama pružaju? Ravno je blaženstvu! Čisti i jasni tonovi nas okružuju. Nema dileme da je Iberija ponovo slobodna. U to smo definitivno ubeđeni. Prešli smo na treću numeru, Vozes na Neblina II. Za nas opet nastupaju gosti iz benda Arnica. Svojim glasom vode nas do poslednje numere Outono Eterno, najbolje na čitavom albumu (lični utisak). Zvuci gitare otvaraju stazu ispred nas. Priključuje se zvuk doboša, udaraljki. Emocija je sve jača. Praporci se čuju, oko nas su. Potpuno nas obuzimaju. Iberija je potpuna. Mi smo obuzeti i ponosni zauvek!

Šta reći za kraj? Naši čitaoci su već upoznati sa radom ovog fantastičnog benda. Možemo reći da Urze de Lume spada u sam vrh svetskih izvođača dark folk žanra. A, to su itekako i ovim izdanjem pokazali i dokazali. Toliko!

Urze de Lume - "Vozes na Neblina"

Urze de Lume, a dark folk band from Portugal that nurtures the tradition and culture of ancient Iberia, has introduced itself to us again with its new edition of Vozes na Neblina, released by Equlibrium Music. It will be Digifile CDEP in a limited edition of 300 copies. The look itself is part of the tradition of the Iberian Peninsula. The edition has four tracks (two instrumentals and two narratives). Guests on the album are their brothers in arms from the band Arnica. Let's sail together into the history of Iberia. 
The album opens with the first track, Vozes na Neblina I, presented by the guests from the band Arnica with their speech. We slowly walk along with them and move on to another track, Quando as Nuvens Escurecem. By sounds we conclude that Urze de Lume is playing for us. Do you feel the emotion they give us in their compositions? It is equal to bliss! Pure and clear tones surround us. There is no dilemma that Iberia is free again. We are definitely convinced of that. We moved on to the third track, Vozes to Neblina II. Again, guests from the band Arnica perform for us. With their voice they lead us to the last track Outono Eterno, best on the whole album (personal impression). Guitar sounds open the track in front of us. The sound of the drum, the percussion, is connected. The emotion is growing stronger. Flags are heard, they are all around us. They completely overwhelm us. Iberia is complete. We are overwhelmed and proud forever!

What to say in the end? Our readers are already familiar with the work of this fantastic band. We can say that Urze de Lume is one of the world's top performers of the dark folk genre. And, they have shown and proved it with this edition. Cheers!

Probaj da odoliš životinjskom porivu – konkurs za učešće na svežanrovskoj muzičkoj kompilaciji "Extreme Animal Feast II"

Neki projekti zavređuju da dobiju svoj dostojni nastavak, kada vreme pokaže da su zaslužili pažnju medija I entuzijasta širom regiona. Prvi deo kompilacije Extreme Animal Feast  je izašao 2017. godine, kada je grupacija Underground Muzika krenula u izdavačke pohode, ruku pod ruku sa Librarion Records & Fanzines-om. Pomenućemo i treće mesto izglasano na Hit Radio 202 za kompilaciju godine, što je za jedan DIY projekat veliko dostignuće i podstrek da nastavimo dalje još jačim tempom.
Mnoga imena sa prve kompilacije su nastavila sa radom, izdala prve albume, singlove, neki su se pritajili ili čekaju pravi momenat da krenu ponovo u pohode - ono što je najvažnije, nismo stali, a još se manje predali. Naša misija je bolji svet koji ne može da živi bez subkultura, bez umetnosti i anti-umetnosti. Taj svet je još tada dobio sliku, uz crtež prvog dela kompilacije koji je rad mlade umetnice Marije Lakićević.

Nakon tri godine, vreme je da nastavimo da radimo i razvijamo našu scenu i pokažemo da ljudi različitih muzičkih profila itekako mogu da sarađuju i stanu rame uz rame protiv nezainteresovanosti društva za autorsku i što da ne, neartikulisanu muziku bez ikakvih stega. Naravno, u tome opet nismo sami, jer je, pored bendova i ljudi koji nas podržavaju, za likovnu opremu kompilacije zadužen jednaki entuzijasta u našem kolektivu, Milosav Ostojić - Ostoja, perspektivni ilustrator.

Nekoliko smernica:
* pesmu šaljite u WAV/FLAC formatu, može i putem servisa WeTransfer;
* svi žanrovi su dozvoljeni, a maksimalna dužina pesme je 10 minuta;
* autorske pesme imaju prednost, ali ćemo uzeti u obzir i obrade, ukoliko su neobične i interesantne;
* moguće je poslati više pesama, od kojih će samo jedna biti odabrana za kompilaciju. Takođe, pesme mogu biti i ranije objavljene, u demo/live verziji ili kao isečak (excerpt) duže kompozicije. Try to resist the animal urge - Open call for the multi-genre music compilation "Extreme Animal Feast II"

Some projects deserve to get their worthy sequel, when time shows they earned the attention of media and enthusiasts from the region. The first part of Extreme Animal Feast was published in 2017, when Underground Muzika group had dive into publishing, hand in hand with Librarion Records & Fanzines. It's worth mentioning that the compilation won 3rd place for the Hit Radio 202 compilation of the year, which is a big accomplishment for one DIY project and also a motivation to keep going even stronger than before.
Many artists that were on the first compilation continued with their work, published debut albums, singles, some went silent or are waiting for the right moment for a comeback - most importantly, we didn't stop, and even more so didn't give up. Our mission is a better world that can't live without subcultures, art and anti-art. That world got a picture even then, with the cover art for the first "Extreme Animal Feast", which is the work of the young artist Marija Lakićević.

Three years later, it is time to continue to work and develop our scene, and show that people of different musical profiles can cooperate and stand side by side against society's disinterest in original and, why not, non-articulated music without any boundaries. Of course, we are again not alone in this, because other than the bands and the people that support us, the visual aspect of the compilation is taken care of by an equally big enthusiast in our collective, Milosav Ostojić - Ostoja, a perspective illustrator.

We kindly invite you to take part in the compilation "Extreme Animal Feast II". All you need to do is to send us a song and some information about the band/project with the subject "For EAF2" on this email address:

A few guidelines:
- Send us the song in WAV or FLAC format. You can also send it through WeTransfer;
- All genres are allowed, maximal song length is 10 minutes;
- Original songs have an advantage, but we will take covers into consideration, if they're unusual or interesting;
- You can send multiple songs, and we'll choose only one to be on the compilation;

Ghost of Breslau je dark ambient projekat koji nam dolazi iz grada Vroclava u Poljskoj. Postoji preko deceniju i jače. Ima nekoliko albuma iza sebe, a svojom muzikom oživljava duhove prošlosti, istorije i tradicije. Danas vam predstavljamo novi album, Niflheim u izdanju Irrwelt-a. Ovoga puta se obradjuje mitologija Skandinavije i mi putujemo u Niflheim, zemlju magle i podzemnog sveta. Fizičko izdanje albuma ima ukupno šest pesama zajedno sa bonus trakom, koja se nalazi na albumu. Cover odrađen tako da nam na savšen način predstavlja to "pakleno" mesto.

Album otvara numera, Brume. Tonovi se javljaju, magla je oko nas. Uplovljavamo u nju. Ne vidimo jasno, ali nastavljamo dalje. Okruženi smo potpuno. Uživamo. Kao da izlaza odavde nema? Nastavljamo da tražimo put. Izašli smo konačno i u drugoj numeri smo. Usledila je Haar. Tonovi nas i dalje vode, pesma opušta. Haos nastupa. Uživamo, iako ne znamo gde se nalazimo. Treća numera, Mistpouffer. Čudni tonovi su oko nas. Neobjašnjivi prirodni fenomen. Zvuk je sve jači. Puca oko nas! Prija nam dok svesno nastavljamo dalje. Prešli smo na četvrtu numeru, Roke. Dim nas potpuno okružuje. Blizu smo. Nastavljamo svoj put. Ništa nas ne može zaustaviti. Koračamo sve više i više. Izgubili smo se u dimu. Stigli smo. Slušamo šestu numeru. Niflheim je stigao. Pred nama je svet tame, magle, hladnoće i leda. Yggdrasil je ispred nas. Zmija Niddhog nas čeka. Svet smrti je oko nas. Ragnarok je blizu. Uživanje u ovoj savršenoj numeri prekida poslednja bonus traka, The Crows, The Dead & The Fog. Po prvi put čujemo glas iz dubina, koji nas doziva. Jato ptica zlosutnica nas preleće. Spremni smo za kraj i strašni sud!

Utisci? Jedan svakako zanimljiv i do sada nesvakidašan način na koji je umetnik približio Nordijski mitološki svet slušaocu. Album koji naravno svako neće razumeti nakon prvog slušanja, ali će mu biti dozvoljeni da za početak zaviri u svet tame, magle, hladnoće i leda. Topla preporuka!

Ghost of Breslau - Niflheim, (2019.)

Ghost of Breslau is a dark ambient project coming from the city of Wroclaw in Poland. It has existed for over a decade. He has several albums behind, and with his music brings to life the spirits of the past, history and tradition. Today we are presenting you a new album, Niflheim by Irrwelt. This time, the mythology of Scandinavia revisits and we travel to Niflheim, a land of fog and the underworld. The physical release of the album has a six songs along with the bonus track, which is on the album. The cover is made in such a perfect way that it represents that "hell" place.

The album opens, Brume. Tones occur, the fog is all around us. We sail into it. We do not see clearly, but we move on. We are surrounded completely. We enjoy it. Like there's no way out of here? We continue to look for a path. We finally came out and are in the second track, Haar. The tones still lead us, the song relaxing. Chaos ensues. We enjoy it even though we don’t know where we are. Third track, Mistpouffer. Weird tones are all around us. An inexplicable natural phenomenon. The sound is getting louder. It shoots around us! It pleases us as we consciously move on. We moved on to the fourth track, Roke. Smoke completely surrounds us. We are close. We continue our journey. Nothing can stop us. We are walking more and more. We got lost in the smoke. We arrived. We're listening to the sixth track. Niflheim has arrived. We have a world of darkness, fog, cold and ice. Yggdrasil is in front of us. The Niddhog snake is waiting for us. The world of death is all around us. Ragnarok is close. Enjoying this perfect track is interrupted by the last bonus bar, The Crows, The Dead & The Fog. For the first time, we hear a voice from the depths that invokes us. A flock of wicked birds is flying over us. We are ready for the end and the terrible judgment!

Impressions? One certainly interesting and so far unusual way the artist approached the Nordic mythological world to the listener. An album that, of course, everyone will not understand after first listening, but will be allowed to peek into the world of darkness, fog, cold and ice. Warm recommendation!

Orkforge, novi projekat koji je iznedrila naša scena. U pitanju je omaž Warcraft-u, Orkama, nadaleko čuvenim Gospodarima. Nešto novo i svakako zanimljivo, vredno pažnje našeg uha. Opet je iza projekta kao i do sada stala izdavačka kuća iz Srbije, Prometheus Studio. Album je digitalno izdat prošle, a ove godine dobio je i svoje fizičko, kasetno izdanje, u limitiranom tiražu od deset primeraka, ako se ne varam. Cover je radio Pavle Golubović. Uz kasetno izdanje dobijate i karticu posvećenu Gor-u, najvećem od svih. Sve pohvale za sada. Sam album ima deset pesama i mi krećemo putem Orkhammer Dominion-a.

Prva numera je Invocation of Gor. Pozivamo najvećeg među nama! Spremni smo za njegov dolazak. Druga numera, Wrathstorm Klan. Zvuk bubnjeva poziva ratnike da se pripreme. Tonovi su sve jači. Krećemo! Prešli smo na treću numeru, Battlefields. Završen je proces, tonovi su još tu iza nas u daljini. Bojno polje jedino ostaje. Ni primetili nismo da smo već na četvrtoj numeri, March of Iron. Trube nas zovu. U marš za Dominion, za slavu i čast. Opasni su tonovi u ovoj pesmi. Doživljaj stvaraju da osećamo škripu štitova, udarac mača. Savršeno. U petoj numeri, Ork-Shaman, tonovi su tiši, ali proročki nam se javljaju i najavljuju Age of Power. Da,da prešli smo na šestu numeru. Pobeda je blizu. Defitivno najbolja numera na celom albumu. Tonovi maestralni, na baš onakav način, koji donosi pobednički zanos. Ostaje nam samo da uživamo i to sa velikim zadovoljstvom činimo. Bližimo se polako kraju albuma dok slušamo sedmu numeru, Lord Khaz'ghul's Forces. Shvatamo da su njegove snage nepobedive. Strojevim korakom napreduju i svaki pedalj bojnog polja osvajaju. Idemo dalje na osmu numeru, Blackstone. Smirenijim tonovima prelazimo na pretposlednju numeru ovog odličnog albuma, Glorious Sons of Shogoth. Tonovi dobri, udaraju po nama. Ali nećemo posustati, već nastavljamo dalje. Došli smo do poslednje, desete numere na albumu, Reign of the Ork. Ostaje nam samo da se za kraj prepustimo njihovoj vladavini.

Utisci? Priznajem da baš nešto nisam se ni zanimao za taj mistični RPG svet Orka, Warcraft-a i slično. Čovek greši, naravno. Ali ovaj album doveo je upravo do toga, što mu je verujem bio i cilj, da zaintrigira slušaoca o tom mističnom svetu, tim mističnim junacima. Pa, tako i mene. Zato pravac u Orkhammer Dominion. Album u svom posedu trebaju imati svi poštovaoci tog mističnog sveta, a verujem i svi ostali. Sve to rešava jedan klik na bandcamp stranici projekata. Zato trk po svoj Orkforge primerak.

Theusz je kolektiv internacionalnih umetnika koji nam svojom muzikom pokazuju kako se bori protiv modernog sveta. Dolaze nam iz Francuske, a alfa i omega projekta je čovek pod imenom Theusz Deflandre. Skull Line izdao im je novi album Avant Garde u osamdeset osam primeraka. Album sadrži ukupno sedamnaest pesama i mi krećemo u recenziranje.

Album otvara numera MEGA - Hommage à Waffenruhe, na moje veliko oduševljenje. Soldat D. je bio veliki umetnik i ovom pesmom data je počast njegovom radu. Odličan start albuma. Druga numera, Laibach is Dead. Nastavak baš onakav kakav treba da bude. Martial žanr obojen electro tonovima. Prija u svakom pogledu dok nas tonovi udaraju svuda po telu. Treća numera, Avant-Garde (feat. Barafoetida). I dalje su tu electro tonovi. Uživanje nastavljamo. Prelazimo na četvrtu, Anti-performance (feat. Imperial Cathedral) i petu numeru Pensée, parole, action! Tonovi maestralni, akcija počinje. Preuzimamo stvari u svoje ruke. Mi smo vlasnici svoje sudbine. Odlučujemo sami o sebi. Muzikom protiv Geopolitike modernog sveta, još jedan dokaz da je to moguće koji nam Theusz daje preko svojih pesama. Šesta numera, Andersen. Simfonijski tonovi se javljaju, prijaju nam. Andersen govori. Kazuje nam šta da očekujemo. Spremni smo. Sedma numera, Eurasie (feat. SPPK). Evroazija je sve! Budućnost kojoj čovečanstvo mora i treba da teži. Hiperboreja i Tula su blizu! Ubedljivo najbolja pesma na albumu (lični utisak). Osma numera, Fraternitat (feat. H.O.S.T), poznati tonovi i saradnja muzičara iz Šlezije i Francuske. U ratničkom maniru prelazimo na devetu numeru, Kaiserbund (feat. Gevaudan). Electro industrial je oko nas. Svetla se javljaju i nastavljamo uživanje. Slušamo pomno svaku notu, koju nam ova pesma donosi. Prešli smo na desetu, Sois la révolution Interlude (feat. Droid Legion) i jedanaestu numeru, Esthet. Dve pesme, koje kao spoj čine jednu. Došli smo do dvanaeste numere, Seppuku. Odlični tonovi, Mišima u pozadini. Sve je spremno za državni udar. Tradicionalisti se ne prepuštaju novom svetskom poretku. Ostaje čast i sepuku. Trinaesta, En avant! i četrnaesta numera, Objectivisme (feat. Giovinezza Europea), tonovi nas vode dalje. Glasniji su nego ranije. Prijaju još više. Došli smo do petnaeste numere, Ordo ab Chaos. Najava haosa koji nam dolazi. Pretposlednja numera na ovom albumu je BlutKult. Zvona u daljini, tonovi su sve jači. Kult je spreman, a i mi smo spremni za njega. Poslednja numera, Nihil Novi Sub Sole (feat. Imperial Cathedral). Proročki za kraj!

Utisci? Relativno skoro sam se upoznao sa radom Theusz projekta. Moram reći da sam dobio šta sam tražio. Muziku koja ima smisla, muziku koja se tonovima bori za neko bolje sutra svih nas, muziku koja čuva i neguje neke danas nažalost, zaboravljene vrednosti.

Theusz - Avant Garde, (2019.)

Theusz is a collective of international artists who show us in their music how to fight the modern world. They come from France, and the alpha and omega project is a man named Theusz Deflandre. Skull Line released their new album Avant Garde in eighty-eight copies. The album contains seventeen songs in total and we are going into the review.

The album opens with MEGA - Hommage à Waffenruhe, much to my delight. Soldat D. was a great artist and this song honored his work. Great start to the album. Another track, Laibach is Dead. A sequel just as it should be. Martial genre colored with electro tones. It admires in every way as tones strike us all over the body. Third track, Avant-Garde (feat. Barafoetida). There are still electro tones. We continue to enjoy. We move on to the fourth, Anti-performance (feat. Imperial Cathedral) and the fifth track Pensée, parole, action! Mistral tones, action begins. We take matters into our own hands. We are the owners of our destiny. We make our own decisions. With music against the Geopolitics of the modern world, further proof that this is possible is what Theusz gives us through his songs. Sixth track, Andersen. Symphony tones occur, pleasing us. Andersen speaks. It tells us what to expect. We're ready. The seventh track, Eurasie (feat. SPPK). Eurasia is everything! The future that humanity must and should strive for. Hyperborea and Tula are close! By far the best song on the album (personal impression). Eighth track, Fraternitat (feat. H.O.S.T), famous tones and collaboration of musicians from Silesia and France. In the warrior manner, we move on to the ninth track, Kaiserbund (feat. Gevaudan). Electro industrial is all around us. The lights come on and we continue to enjoy ourselves. We listen carefully to every note this song brings us. We moved on to the tenth, Sois la révolution Interlude (feat. Droid Legion) and the eleventh track, Esthet. Two songs, which as a compound make one. We came to the twelfth track, Seppuku. Great tones, Mishima in the background. Everything is ready for the coup. Traditionalists are not indulging in a new world order. It remains an honor and seppuku. Thirteenth, One avant! and the fourteenth track, Objectivisme (feat. Giovinezza Europea), the tones take us further. They are louder than before. They love it even more. We came to the fifteenth track, Ordo ab Chaos. The announcement of the chaos that is coming to us. Impressions? Relatively, I was almost introduced to the work of Theusz Project. I must say I got what I was looking for. Music that makes sense, music that tones for a better tomorrow for all of us, music that preserves and nurtures some, unfortunately, forgotten values today.

Čitaoci su već imali prilike da se upoznaju sa radom projekata Metatron Omega, Temple of Gnosis, putem recenzija, koje smo objavljivali na našem blogu. Jedan čovek čini sve to. Stvara pod imenom Scorpio V, a sada je došao na red i trenutak da vas upoznamo sa poslednjim projektom koji nosi istoimeni naziv, Scorpio V. Podario nam je i svoj prvi full-lenght album, Chants from the Inner Monastery. Objavljeno je digitalno i kasetno izdanje, u samo deset primeraka, naravno preko Prometheus Studio-a iz Srbije. Volim taj ograničeni tiraž izdanja, nekako čine primerke dragocenijim, a muziku još lepšom. Istinski kolekcionari će razumeti. Album ima sedam pesama. Fizički izgled odrađen tako da već svoje putovanje započinjemo.

Album otvara numera, Exortus. Horsko pojanje iz dubine se javlja. Tonovi su prodorni, zidovi manastira hladni. Nastupa mistika, i mi uživamo. Podižemo se, lebdimo i za trenutak potpuno nestajemo. Druga numera, Astrum i horsko pevanje je glasnije. Ulazimo dublje u manastir. Okružuju nas heroji Vizantije, dok nas blago udaraju zvuci bubnja. Gregorijanci su tu. Vaseljena je konačno sjedinjena i anatema skinuta! Prošli smo atrijum, hol je ispred nas i treća numera Heremus. "Pustinja", nema ničega. Osećamo smiraj i spokoj, koju narušavaju zvona, ali na onaj poseban i pozitivan način. Mistika je sve veća, dok blaženstvo nastupa. Nakon Heremus-a, prelazimo na četvrtu numeru, Orbis. Obruč je oko nas, steže nas na način koji nam lagodnost pruža. Mistika nas ne napušta, što nas čini zadovoljnim. Monah vodi iskušenika dalje u traganje za svojim JA. U traganje za postojanjem smisla. U traganje za postojanjem svega. Spoznajmo sebe, da bismo spoznali druge! To činimo u petoj numeri,Profundis, najboljoj definitivno na celom albumu. Ako nas je sve prethodno opustilo i mistikom obavilo, ova pesma nas je rasturila u svakom smislu te reči. Iz dubine krećemo, upućujemo pozdrave po poslednji put. Tonovi udaraju, glas iz dubina sve jasniji. Rastajemo se, ali ne nestajemo. Nastavljamo život.. Došli smo do pretposlednje sedme numere, Templum. U centru manastira smo. Zamišljeno gledamo. Ćutimo. Spokojni, dok nas blaženstvo okružuje. Došli smo do kraja ovog savršenog albuma (lični utisak) i numere Ignis. Vatra za kraj. No, feniks se ponovo uzdiže i nastavlja svoje putovanje!

Utisci? Uh! Ne znam odakle da počnem. Album sam sigurno preslušavao najduže od svih do sada. Pomno istraživao i shvatio da postoji neko ko poznaje suštinu samih početaka i to nam u svojoj muzici daje. Ako ste voleli Temple of Gnosis, Metatron Omega, ovaj album Scorpio V, zavolećete još više. Ja, jesam! Chants from the Inner Monastery od Scorpio V je za sada album godine, koju je naša scena iznedrila. Toliko! I, naravno projekat trebate podržati preko bandcamp stranica Scorpio V i Prometheus Studio.
