Članovi Sol Invictus-a Lesley Malone i Caroline Jago, rešili su da svojim projektom Shadow Biosphere zaplove u novi svet muzike i nastave da je i dalje istražuju. Svojim novim albumom Parallel Evolution to putovanje su započeli. Album je došao do mene, pa je red da svoje utiske sa vama i podelim.
Album otvara numera Parallel Evolution, na jedan posve interesantan način. Instrumental je u pitanju, uostalom kao i čitav album. Opuštena numera, bez nekih teških melodija. Dobro smo počeli. Nastavljamo sledećom numerom Bylakupee. Tu već doživljavamo ekstazu (moj lični utisak), a ova numera se posebno izdvaja na ovom za sada vrlo dobrom albumu. Ono što ovaj duo krasi je pre svega osećaj za muziku, što je retko danas, oni stvaraju svoju muziku. Numerom Desert Varnish, pravo kosmičko savršenstvo. Tonovi se utapaju jedni u druge, prelivaju kao dugine boje. Tako je i u sledećoj numeri Multiversal. U pozadini čujemo bubanj i nego šta, uživamo! Caroline i Lesley pokazuju da su majstori muzike. Naše ushićenje doživljava vrhunac, a tek smo na polovini albuma. To se nastavlja numerama Psychrophile i Interstellar Endoliths. Dobro je, dobro je. Nastavljamo putovanje kroz Parallel Evolution. Numerom Second Genesis, stvarno čine da doživimo drugi nastanak. To nastavljaju i sledećom numerom Magnetospheric. Jedna potpuno skladna i mirna melodija. Poslednjom numerom na albumu Mycelium Dreaming, čine da sanjamo i privode nas samom kraju ovom, sada slobodno možemo reći odličnom albumu.
Utisci? Vrhunac blaženstva i želećemo ponovo da preslušamo muziku dua, koji to savršeno radi. Moram da priznam da nisam primetio veliku medijsku zastupljenost ovog albuma. Naravno, ne njihovom krivicom, već možda je greškom promakao muzičkim magazinima (opet, moj lični utisak)?
Ipak, ovaj album čini nešto novo u muzici. Donosi novi osećaj stvaralaštva, i novi način shvatanja muzike, gde muzika vodi nas i čini da budemo njen sastavni deo. Ovaj album, svakako probija granice i muziku postavlja na znatno viši nivo. Nadajmo se da će tako nastaviti i u budućnosti.

Members of Sol Invictus, Lesley Malone and Caroline Jago, they decided that their project Shadow Biosphere sail to the new world of music and teaching that is still investigating. With his new album Parallel Evolution journey began. The album came to me, so turn to their impressions with you and share.
The album opens with the track Parallel Evolution, in a quite interesting way. Instrumental in question, after all, and the whole album. Relaxed track without some heavy tunes. We started well. We continue to the next track Bylakupee. There is already experiencing ecstasy (my personal impression), and this track stands out on this for now a very good album. What makes this duo graced primarily a feeling for the music, which is rare today, they create their own music. Tracks Desert Varnish, right cosmic perfection. The tones are drowning in each other, iridescent like rainbow colors. So it is in the next track Multiversal. In the background we hear the drum, but what we enjoy! Caroline and Lesley show that the masters of music. Our elation climaxing, and we are only half of the album. This continues tracks Psychrophile and Interstellar Endoliths. Good, good. We continue our journey through the Parallel Evolution. Tracks Second Genesis, really make the experience a second occurrence. To continue to the next track Magnetospheric. A completely harmonious and peaceful melodies. The last track on the album Dreaming Mycelium, make us dream and we are nearing the end of this, now we can say excellent album.
Impressions? The peak of bliss and will want to re-listen to the music duo, who are working perfectly. I must admit that I did not notice a lot of media presentation of this album. Of course, not their fault, but perhaps mistakenly missed music magazines (again, my personal impression)? However, this album is doing something new in music. It brings a new sense of creativity, and a new way of understanding music, where the music takes us and makes us to be an integral part. This album definitely breaks through boundaries and music set to a much higher level. Let's hope that this will continue in the future.
